A. The storage of cremated remains and all ancillary services cost $499 for 20 years. With the purchase, all memorial condolences and messages are free and are provided for an unlimited time. Shipping your loved one’s cremated remains to our facility is at the expense of the family.

Q. How do you recommend sending the cremated remains?
A. It is recommended that the cremated remains be shipped via a delivery service that is traceable and provides proof of delivery, such as USPS Priority Mail.
Q. Is iColumbarium geared towards any specific faith or reliogion?
A. Families of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome as iColumbarium has urn and niche placement areas specifically for Christian, Buddhist and secular backgrounds.
Q. Can I visit the facility to see the cremated remains?
A. No. Unfortunately, our operations are not set up to allow for personal visits to the facility.
Q. What happens to cremated remains after 20 years?
A. If the storage contract is not renewed, the cremated remains will be scattered. The cremated remains will be scattered in special place according to the laws of the state of Florida.
Q. How often can I write condolences and how much does it cost?
A. There are no restrictions on the number of written condolences and they are free.
Q. How often can I place virtual flowers at the niche and how much does it cost?
A. The number of flowers is not limited, they lie around the urn for 30 days, the price for one purchase of flowers is $10.
Q. Who can write condolences and give virtual flowers?
A. All friends and families are encouraged to write condolences and give virtual flower.
Q. Are the cremated remains actually put in an urn or is the urn a virtual urn?
A. A virtual urn is provided for your loved one’s cremated remains.
Q. If I change my mind, can I retrieve the cremated remains before the 20 year contract expires?
A. Yes. We would be happy to return them at any time. You will be charged for shipping the remains.
Q. Who pays the cost to send the cremated remains back?
A. That is the responsibility of the family.
Q. If there are several years left when they ask for the cremated remains back, do they get a refund?
A. No. But, we will be happy to return them at any time. You will be charged for shipping the remains.
